ALISON WANG

Nature Enclosure (2023)
Alison Wang, 15, Waterloo Collegiate Institute
(pencil crayon and graphite)

I used coloured pencils to complete my work. I learned about animal nature and ecology, where they live and how their life is. It’s about the animal’s ecology and how it’s occupied by humans, leaving them with less and less space, so the animals are living near human’s building. I used lines to build the building in the background, and pencil colour for coloring, texture and pattern of the animals. I used repetition and pattern for the building in the background.
