The Inconvenient Fish was created to show the impacts of marine life as we carelessly throw away plastics. Many people throw away trash and forget about the impact to our oceans and killing marine life. Our polluted oceans require immediate attention and changes need to be made to our waste management practices. As we continue to discover harmful impacts to our planet and the consequences they come with we continue to purchase those convenient over-packaged products that contribute to climate change. When creating this piece, pencil crayons were used to create lots of values for a more realistic drawing and a gradient background to draw the eye into the center.
