I worked with oil paint on canvas board to create this composition. The tree that serves as the main focus of my work holds special significance for me since it stands for vitality and growth, which best describe the overall mood I aimed to convey in this piece. The painting's vertical and horizontal lines symbolize stability and balance, while the clouds in the backdrop represent a potential breakthrough or a new beginning, and the sky represents freedom. The sky is bright and vibrant, whereas the tree is darker, emphasizing its status as a solid, grounded object. The painting's colours are vivid and alive. In an otherwise chaotic world, these colours offer a feeling of unity. When looking at my artwork, I hope the viewer will experience the same sense of harmony as I did.
